- responsibilities-
Craft, uphold, and convey the product vision and strategy to the team and stakeholders
-Guide the product development process, guaranteeing alignment with business objectives and customer requirements
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure punctual product delivery while upholding quality standards
-Steer Agile and Scaled Agile Framework methodologies, ensuring team processes adhere to industry best practices
-Assume the role of Scrum Master, overseeing daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives
-Identify and address project risks and issues, delivering prompt updates to stakeholders
-Monitor and report on critical product metrics, validating alignment with business objectives
-Manage the product backlog, ensuring it remains current and aligns with evolving business priorities
-Champion team effectiveness and efficiency, eliminating any obstacles impeding productivity
-Offer leadership and mentorship to team members, nurturing their growth and professional development
- requirements-
Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
-A minimum of 8 years of IT experience, demonstrating a robust background in software development
-A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in product management or delivery management
-Leadership experience in product development, overseeing engagements for teams comprising 20+ full-time employees
-Certifications in PSM I, and SAFE (5.1 - preferably 6.х)
-Proficiency in Agile methodologies, Scaled Agile Framework, and Scrum Master principles
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, characterized by meticulous attention to detail
-Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, adept at communicating with stakeholders across all levels
-Proficiency in English language (Upper-Intermediate level or above)
