**Student Support and Counseling**:Provide individual and group counseling to students facing personal, emotional, or social challenges.
Offer guidance and assistance in addressing academic and non-academic issues affecting students.

**Resource Referral and Assistance**:Connect students with appropriate resources and services within and outside the college, such as mental health services, financial aid, housing, and community support.

**Crisis Intervention**:Respond to emergency situations or crisis incidents involving students and provide immediate support and guidance.
Collaborate with relevant authorities for crisis management.

**Community Building**:Organize and promote community-building events, workshops, and programs that foster a supportive and inclusive college environment.
Develop and maintain peer support and mentorship programs.

**Student Advocacy**:Advocate for students' needs and concerns with college administration and faculty.
Collaborate with student organizations to address specific social welfare issues.

**Preventive Programs**:Develop and implement preventive programs that address issues such as mental health awareness, substance abuse, and sexual harassment.
Conduct awareness campaigns on relevant social topics.

**Data Collection and Reporting**:Maintain records of student interactions and services provided.
Prepare reports on social welfare activities and trends on campus.

**Policy and Procedure Compliance**:Ensure that college policies and procedures related to student well-being and social welfare are adhered to.
Offer input on policy development and revisions

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
