**Who are we?**

Sarvoham is a non-profit organization dedicated to caring for animals in Bangalore, India. It was established in April 2017 whose mission is to 'Rescue, Shelter, Protect & Rehome.' Currently Sarvoham is home to 200+ dogs, many of whom were abandoned, lost or too old to survive by themselves.

**What are we looking for?**
We are seeking a young, energetic, and ambitious individual who is looking for a breakthrough in their career. As a Social Media Executive for our animal shelter, you will have the opportunity to escape monotony and embrace a dynamic role that offers diverse challenges and opportunities for growth.
- Utilize excellent verbal and written English skills to engage our online community effectively.
- Collaborate and work well with others, leveraging strong interpersonal skills.
- Gather valuable information and donor feedback from social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Create compelling and authentic content that effectively informs and engages donors about our services, showcasing the tangible impact of our organization.
- Create captivating videos featuring rescued animals and share them across social networks.
- Handle inquiries about our services and promptly respond to donors' needs.
- Take on marketing and social media-related tasks to contribute to our overall strategy.
- Develop creative content to engage donors and enhance our shelter's public image.
- Expand our audience and cultivate donors' interest in our services to support our continuous growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written English proficiency is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing social media and implementing successful campaigns.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Passion for animal welfare and who can join immediately.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
