**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and treat a wide range of animal health conditions, including injuries, illnesses, and diseases.
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and recommend appropriate diagnostic tests such as blood work, radiographs, and ultrasounds.
- Develop treatment plans and provide medical interventions as necessary.
- Prescribe medications and oversee treatment regimens, ensuring accurate dosages and proper administration.
- Offer preventive care services, including vaccinations, parasite control, and dental care.
- Educate clients about proper pet care, nutrition, and disease prevention.
- Communicate effectively with pet owners, explaining diagnoses, treatment options, and prognosis in a compassionate and understandable manner.
- Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic and the well-being of animals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patients treated.
- Stay current with advancements in veterinary medicine through continued education and professional development.
- Adhere to ethical standards and practice within the guidelines of animal welfare laws and regulations.
- Provide after-hours emergency services on a rotational basis.

**Qualifications**:

- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Veterinary Medical Doctor (VMD) degree from an accredited veterinary school.
- State licensure to practice veterinary medicine.
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills, with the ability to make accurate assessments and develop effective treatment plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and staff.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach to animal care.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education to stay updated on new developments in veterinary medicine.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and carry animals of various sizes and weights.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Standing, bending, and reaching for extended periods during surgical procedures and examinations.

**Salary**: Up to ₹150,000.00 per month
