**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven **B2C Telecaller** to join our growing solar energy company. The role involves direct communication with residential customers to promote and sell solar energy solutions. You will be responsible for generating leads, providing information, and converting potential customers into appointments or sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential residential customers.
- Explain solar products, services, and benefits clearly and persuasively.
- Answer customer queries about solar panel systems, pricing.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives or site surveys.
- Maintain a database of customer information and call records.
- Follow up with interested leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role.
- Strong communication skills.
- willingness to learn.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience in the solar or renewable energy industry.
- Customer-centric attitude and goal-oriented approach.
