**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide relevant information.
- Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries, and provide information on products and services.
- Keep records of calls and customer responses in the CRM system.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude toward customers at all times.
- Follow up on customer calls where necessary.
- Work towards achieving daily and monthly targets for call volume and lead generation.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers about products/services.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or a similar customer service/sales role.
- Excellent communication skills in [Languages, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with targets and handle pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is an advantage.
- High school diploma; a bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
