**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **User Research**: Conduct user research, gather insights, and translate findings into design decisions that improve user experiences.
- **Wireframing & Prototyping**: Create wireframes, user flows, storyboards, and low-to-high-fidelity prototypes to visualize and test design solutions.
- **UI Design**: Develop aesthetically pleasing and functional user interfaces while maintaining design consistency across platforms (web, mobile, etc.).
- **Interaction Design**: Design interactive elements like buttons, animations, and transitions that ensure a smooth user journey.
- **Usability Testing**: Collaborate with the team to conduct usability tests and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with developers, marketing teams, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business objectives.
- **Design Systems**: Build and maintain design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries to ensure cohesive branding and design consistency.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure the best practices are applied in every project.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work and case studies that demonstrate your problem-solving process.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is a plus.
- Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
- Strong understanding of interaction design, user-centered design, and design thinking methodologies.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate design decisions clearly.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to design clean, efficient, and easy-to-use interfaces with a focus on user experience.
- **Time Management**: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Bonus Skills**:

- Experience with front-end development.
- Knowledge of mobile-first and responsive design principles.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines (WCAG).
