Introduction:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product management and development teams to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive and functional user interfaces.
- Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs and enhance user experience.
- Create visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously improve design processes and deliverables.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance product features and functionality.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create visually engaging materials for promotional campaigns and product launches.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and explain design decisions to stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects with a focus on usability, aesthetics, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹120,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
