**Key Responsibilities**: **EPR Compliance (Plastic, E-Waste, Battery)**:

- Manage complete EPR registration and filing processes for plastic, e-waste, and battery categories.
- Prepare and submit reports to CPCB/SPCB as per deadlines.
- Ensure documentation, renewals, and timely regulatory updates.
- Coordinate with clients and government authorities for clarification, audits, and inspections.

**LMPC Compliance**:

- Review and verify product packaging as per Legal Metrology rules.
- Coordinate with Legal Metrology Officers for compliance and inspections.

**Compliance Management**:

- Stay updated with government regulations, amendments, and circulars.
- Provide advisory support and documentation assistance to clients.
- Maintain records and ensure audit readiness.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in Law, Environmental Science, Compliance, or related field.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in EPR and LMPC compliance.
- Good understanding of CPCB/SPCB regulations and LMPC rules.
- Strong communication and client coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and online compliance portals.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
