Regulatory Affairs Specialist - Legal Metrology and EPR India
**Responsibilities**:
Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with the latest Legal Metrology and EPR regulations in India. Ensure that all products and processes comply with these regulations.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation required for regulatory submissions, including technical information, product labeling, and compliance reports.
Regulatory Intelligence: Monitor changes in Legal Metrology and EPR regulations and guidelines and assess their impact on the organization's products and operations.
Regulatory Strategy: Develop and implement regulatory strategies for the successful approval and compliance of products with Indian Legal Metrology and EPR regulations.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development, quality assurance, and marketing, to ensure that products meet regulatory requirements from the early stages of development.
Audits and Inspections: Assist in preparing for and participating in regulatory audits and inspections by authorities.
Compliance Monitoring: Monitor and ensure ongoing compliance with Legal Metrology and EPR requirements for all marketed products.
Training and Education: Conduct internal training sessions on Legal Metrology and EPR regulations to ensure awareness and compliance across the organization.
Industry Engagement: Engage with relevant industry associations and stakeholders to stay informed about best practices and industry trends related to Legal Metrology and EPR.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as legal studies, engineering, or environmental sciences.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in Regulatory Affairs for Legal Metrology and EPR in India.
- Strong understanding of Legal Metrology and EPR regulations, processes, and requirements in India.
- Familiarity with relevant Indian standards and other international regulatory requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with regulatory authorities and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to review technical documentation and regulatory submissions critically.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills to address regulatory challenges and provide solutions.
Working Conditions: The Regulatory Affairs Specialist for Legal Metrology and EPR India will typically work in an office environment. The role may involve occasional travel to attend meetings or regulatory conferences. The specialist may need to work extra hours to meet submission deadlines or during regulatory audits.
**Salary**: ₹12,407.39 - ₹30,051.21 per month
