About the Role:

We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage key operations related to Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), Legal Metrology (LM), BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) and Medical Device Regulatory (MDR). The ideal candidate will have a strong regulatory and operational background, ensuring compliance and driving performance improvements across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage EPR compliance across product lifecycle, ensuring adherence to local and global environmental regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation and reporting for EPR initiatives.
  • Oversee Legal Metrology (LM) compliance, including calibrations, certifications, and audits of measuring instruments.
  • Ensure products and devices meet legal standards for measurements and weights.
  • Manage Medical Device Regulatory (MDR) compliance, including preparation of regulatory submissions, certifications, and updates to ensure products meet local and international regulatory standards.
  • Support the optimization of operational processes, driving efficiency and compliance.
  • Prepare and present reports, highlighting performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure regulatory compliance and operational alignment.
  • Support continuous improvement of reporting processes for EPR, LM, BIS and MDR.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Legal Metrology, Environmental Science, or related fields (Master's preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in Operations Management, focusing on EPR, Legal Metrology, BIS and MDR.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of EPR regulations, legal metrology standards, and data reporting practices.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data trends and provide actionable recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Legal Metrology or Environmental Compliance.
  • Experience in a corporate environment with compliance and operational responsibilities.
