**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, bid, and win projects on Upwork and similar platforms.
- Should have knowledge of LinkedIn
- Draft customized, high-quality proposals to attract new clients.
- Manage client communication, negotiations, and project requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to company growth.

**Education Qualifications**:

- MBA and Relevant field.

**Required Skills**:

- 3+ years of proven experience on Upwork (mandatory).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of IT services, web, mobile, and digital solutions.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results under deadlines.
- Strong client relationship management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
