Social Media Marketing Intern

**Responsibilities**
- Contribute to the creation and scheduling of engaging posts across social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Interact with audiences by monitoring and responding to comments and messages on various channels.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences to shape content approaches.
- Review social media performance data to identify insights and opportunities for future campaigns.
- Work with the marketing team to generate creative ideas and execute campaigns that strengthen brand presence.
- Stay informed about evolving social media trends and best practices to enhance content relevance.
- Assist in optimizing website content for SEO and support the management of paid advertising efforts such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Track campaign effectiveness and provide reports on performance metrics.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office; familiarity with marketing tools like Google Analytics.
- Graphic editing skills - Preferred (e.g. Canva, Figma, Photoshop, Coreldraw ,Adobe Illustrator)
- Managing social media presence and interactions
- Developing and curating engaging content
- Enhancing visibility through search engine strategies
- Conducting outreach via direct calls
- Building and maintaining client relationships

**Other Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates with a **Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields** are preferred.
- Strong foundation in **social media content creation**, **digital marketing strategies**, and **analytics tools**.
- Excellent communication skills with a flair for crafting **engaging and impactful content**.
- Willingness to work **in and around Malleshwaram, Rajajinagar, and Yeshwanthpur**:

- **Performance-based stipend**, **conveyance charges covered**, and potential for **full-time conversion** based on performance and interest.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
