**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and share product information, technical datasheets, and introductory materials.
- Support proposal creation, pricing documentation, and commercial terms in coordination with the sales team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client queries related to features, compatibility, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure smooth transition from sales closure to onboarding, working closely with delivery, support, or customer success teams.
- Monitor post-sale deliverables and timelines to ensure client expectations are met.
- Track customer feedback, pain points, and satisfaction metrics to share with relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in maintaining long-term client relationships by ensuring timely responses and proactive communication.
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, agreements, and follow-up actions in the CRM.
- Generate periodic reports on customer engagement, onboarding status, and service feedback.
- Support the NBD team in improving internal sales and support processes through insights and coordination.
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in CRM, client servicing, or sales support roles—preferably in a product-based B2B environment.
- Familiarity with B2B customer journeys, especially pre-sales to post-sales transitions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong coordination, documentation, and follow-up abilities.
Pay: ₹10,606.53 - ₹18,435.52 per month
