**Data Collection and Analysis**:Regularly collect and analyze data from various sources like patient records, clinical documentation, and performance metrics to identify trends and potential quality issues.
- **Auditing and Monitoring**:Conduct regular audits of clinical practices, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
- **Quality Improvement Initiatives**:Participate in and lead quality improvement projects aimed at addressing identified areas of concern, including developing and implementing corrective action plans.
- **Staff Training and Education**:Provide training to healthcare staff on quality standards, policies, and procedures to promote consistent high-quality patient care.
- **Reporting and Communication**:Prepare and present detailed reports on quality metrics and findings to relevant stakeholders, including leadership teams, clinical staff, and regulatory bodies.

Specific Duties May Include:

- Reviewing patient charts for accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Conducting clinical data reviews to identify potential errors or areas for improvement.
- Monitoring medication administration practices for safety and compliance.
- Assessing patient satisfaction through surveys and feedback mechanisms.
- Investigating patient complaints and incidents to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
- Collaborating with clinical teams to develop and implement quality improvement plans.
- Staying updated on current healthcare quality standards and regulations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
