**Job Summary**:
The Evaporator Operator will be responsible for the efficient operation, monitoring, and maintenance of evaporator systems used in food processing. The role involves ensuring optimal performance of the equipment to maintain product quality and consistency, adhering to safety and operational standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operation and Monitoring**:

- Operate and control evaporators to process fruit and vegetable extracts, purees, and juices.
- Monitor critical parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow rates to ensure efficient evaporation.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct routine checks to ensure product quality meets company and regulatory standards.
- Make necessary adjustments to optimize product consistency and prevent deviations.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:

- Perform regular cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs of the evaporator and auxiliary systems.
- Troubleshoot and report any mechanical or operational issues promptly.
- **Process Optimization**:

- Collaborate with the production team to optimize evaporation cycles for energy efficiency and yield improvement.
- Implement best practices to minimize waste and enhance productivity.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Maintain compliance with food safety standards such as HACCP, ISO, and FSSAI.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate logs of daily operations, including parameters, production output, and any incidents.
- Prepare and submit reports on equipment performance and product yield.

**Qualifications and Skills Required**:

- **Education**: Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Food Technology (preferred).
- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years in operating evaporators, preferably in the food processing industry.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong understanding of evaporator systems and their working principles.
- Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills for effective coordination with the production team.
