**Welcome and seat guests** in a warm, professional manner.
- **Supervise waitstaff and service team** during daily operations.
- **Ensure tables are properly set up** and cleaned before and after service.
- **Take and confirm guest orders** when needed, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- **Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff** to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage delivery.
- **Handle guest complaints or issues** with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
- **Provide menu recommendations** and upsell food and beverage items when appropriate.
- **Monitor service flow** to maintain speed and quality standards during busy periods.
- **Train and guide new staff members** on service standards and restaurant procedures.
- **Check food and beverage quality** before serving to guests.
- **Ensure customer satisfaction** throughout the dining experience.
- **Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards** in dining and service areas.
- **Assist with inventory control** and stock requisitions for service items.
- **Ensure compliance** with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- **Communicate effectively** with guests, team members, and management.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
