**Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Service & Satisfaction**:

- Greet and welcome guests warmly.
- Ensure prompt and courteous service.
- Take feedback from guests and resolve any service complaints promptly.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction.
- **Team Supervision**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the service staff.
- Assign tasks and manage table allocations.
- Ensure staff adhere to service standards and grooming guidelines.
- **Order Management**:

- Take food and beverage orders from guests and relay to kitchen/bar.
- Ensure accurate billing and smooth order delivery.
- Upsell menu items and make recommendations to guests.
- **Table Management**:

- Oversee table settings and dining area cleanliness.
- Manage table turnovers efficiently.
- Coordinate with the hostess for guest seating and reservations.
- **Training & Development**:

- Train new wait staff and guide junior team members.
- Conduct daily briefings about specials, promotions, or important service updates.
- **Inventory & Stock Handling**:

- Monitor usage of service materials (menus, cutlery, linen).
- Inform management about stock shortages.
- **Coordination & Communication**:

- Coordinate between kitchen, service, and cashier.
- Communicate guest preferences and special requests accurately.
- **Daily Reporting**:

- Prepare end-of-day reports related to service, complaints, and guest feedback.
- Report to management on any issues faced during service.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
