- Conceptual and creative ability to help the organization & the process by sharing new, innovative, and effective ideas for improvement.
- Delivering onboarding and refresher training on sales-related topics
- Being a mentor/coach to consultants and track their progress on a regular basis (via live coaching)
- Identifying fatal & non-fatal errors impacting the process & take corrective/ preventive action
- Escalating issues that hamper the process
- Actively participate in buddy program / OJT+ Stakeholder management -coordinating closely with TLS/HR/Training team on the progress of consultant

- Excellent communication skills - Grammar, Spoken, Sentence framing, and Comprehension.

- Passion for Learning and Development, Self-motivated
- Ready to work from the office
