**Job Title**:HR Recruiter

**Location**:Borivali

**Experience**: 0-1 year (Fresher can apply)

SM Group is a growing consultancy firm looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates with a passion for human resources and recruitment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Help in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies on job boards and social media.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Basic knowledge of HR recruitment processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Fixed shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
