The Front Desk Executive is responsible for ensuring a welcoming environment at the reception area, answering and directing calls, assisting with inquiries, and performing various administrative tasks to support the office operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Reception Management**:
Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.

Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and organized.

Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members or departments.
- **Visitor Handling**:
Manage visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and notify staff of visitor arrivals.

Handle guest inquiries and direct them to the correct destination.
- **Administrative Support**:
Manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.

Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.

Perform basic clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- **Communication**:
Act as a liaison between office departments and handle communication flows efficiently.
- **Office Coordination**:
Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and placing orders when necessary.

Assist with travel and accommodation arrangements for employees and guests.

Support the HR or admin team with office-related tasks as needed.
- **Security and Safety**:
Monitor security systems, such as cameras or alarms, ensuring a safe office environment.

Coordinate with the security team for visitor access and other safety measures.
- **Customer Service**:
Provide a high level of customer service to clients, visitors, and employees.

Address and resolve issues or direct them to the appropriate person for resolution.
- **Qualifications**:
**Education**: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

**Experience**: 0-3 years of experience in front office management, reception, or administrative roles.
- **Skills**:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-solving skills and a customer-service-oriented attitude.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Positive attitude, reliable, and punctual.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
