Department: Canteen Operations
Reporting To: Canteen Manager

Job Responsibilities 1. Take canteen orders over phone calls. 2. Record all orders on yellow slips. 3. Ensure timely dispatch of all food orders. 4. Maintain sales records for breakfast, lunch, snacks, and evening snacks. 5. Prepare and submit monthly order slip bunches for management review. 6. Maintain daily and weekly duty schedules of service staff. 7. Conduct regular training and briefing sessions for staff. 8. Share activity photos or updates in group communication channels. 9. Ensure daily and weekly deep cleaning of crockery and service areas. 10. Maintain hygiene and safety standards at all times. 11. Manage crockery inventory and report shortages or damages. 12. Take feedback from customers and act promptly on issues. 13. Ensure service quality and satisfaction are consistently met. 14. Coordinate with kitchen, service, and management teams. 15. Submit daily performance and report summaries to management.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
