**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
- Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries.
- Promote products/services and explain their benefits to customers.
- Maintain a record of calls and customer interactions.
- Schedule appointments or follow-ups as needed.
- Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
- Provide feedback and report call outcomes to the team lead/supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or telesales preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).
- A quiet and distraction-free workspace at home.
- Smartphone or computer with stable internet connection.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
