We are a leading education consultancy based in Kannur, specialising in assisting students who wish to pursue higher education abroad. We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Tele Caller cum Social Media Presenter.

Tele Calling:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our services and generate leads.
- Provide information about our educational consultancy services and answer any inquiries from prospective students and their parents.
- Maintain a database of contacts and follow-up with leads regularly.

Social Media Presentation:

- Create engaging content for our social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Conduct live sessions, webinars, and presentations on various social media platforms to showcase our services, provide information about study abroad opportunities, and answer queries from viewers.

Content Creation:

- Develop compelling written and visual content for social media posts, blogs, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas for social media campaigns.

Reporting:

- Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and tele calling activities.
- Provide regular reports to management on key metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and audience engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (both written and verbal).
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage and captivate an audience.
- Experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and a passion for creating engaging content.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
