We are seeking an experienced _**Counter Staff**_to sending invoices and account updates to clients, receiving, sorting, and tracking incoming payments, addressing and resolving client questions and issues relating to invoices, and providing regular, accurate reports of billing data.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Plus Two or Above
- Experienced in the related field
- Age limit upto 35
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Incredible attention to detail

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Keep an accurate record of client accounts and outstanding balances.
- Receive, sort, and track incoming payments.
- Validate debit accounts to ensure the credibility of payments.
- Issue receipts for received payments.
- Address and solve client questions and issues.
- Securely handle client data and payment information
- Provide regular, accurate reports of billing data
- Enter all relevant data into accounting software
- Draft invoice statements for customers and vendors
- Utilize electronic, standard and certified mail services to deliver invoices
- Process payment through various channels
- Issue reminder and final notice statements to dilatory and delinquent.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
