**What will you do?**:

- ** Vendor Coordination and Procurement**:Collaborate with vendors to streamline the procurement of goods and services. Lead price negotiation efforts to secure favorable terms. Oversee the implementation of contracts and ensure their successful execution. Generate purchase orders and ensure timely payment processing
- ** Invoice Processing**:Handle the processing of invoices accurately and efficiently
- ** Stakeholder Collaboration**:Work closely with internal stakeholders, including corporate accounts, taxation, and finance team
- **Financial Management**:Manage tasks related to open advances, goods receipts, and monthly provisions. Facilitate GST reconciliations within the framework of the Management Information System
- ** Management Information System (MIS)**:Utilize the MIS to organize and manage various financial processes.Prepare comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports.

**Who should apply?**:

- Proficiency in utilizing SAP for various tasks is essential to excel in this role
- A foundational understanding of GST and TDS will contribute to accurate financial processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools is crucial for generating reports and managing data efficiently
