- Knowledge of all aspects reflected on Guest Services Directory e.g. shopping, doctor, etc.
- Knowledge of specialised services
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to set priorities for self and others.
- Empathic communicator, able to see things from the customer point of view.
- Friendly nature and good inter personal skills.
- Interact with customers and clarify their confusion if any and give very clear picture about the resort and its facilities.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to handle guest problems and complaints.

**Qualifications**:
**Exposure**:

- Any graduation with good hold on English, Hindi and Kannada
- Fresher or 1 year of experience in any good hotel at front office.

**Responsibilities**:

**Customer Orientation & Process Indicators**:

- Identify/action arrivals
- Maintain guest contact — telephone/face-to-face.
- Maintain guest information file/stand.
- Maintain guest history.
- Action special requests.
- Action compliments/complaints
- Assist departing guests with forward bookings.
- Check allocated rooms for cleanliness and that guest supplies are in room.
- Asking/communicating with guest as to achieve rapport and create ambience
- Make presence felt in Restaurant and Bars and Banqueting during lunch and assist where needed.
