1. Provide symptom management, pain relief and psycho-socio-spiritual care for the patient in inpatient care, outpatient clinic and home-based care.

2. Facilitate clarification of patient and family goals of care.

3. Facilitate information sharing and decision-making regarding patient care.

4. Consult with fellow physicians and the interdisciplinary team in establishing a written plan of care at intervals specified in the plan.

5. Adhere to the practice of confidentiality regarding patients, families, staff, and the organization.

6. Assist in the development of standards of care and practice etc.

Assessing patients who enter the emergency room immediately and overseeing emergency recovery.

Conducting follow-up visits to monitor the patient’s condition.

Requesting the appropriate medical tests and based on them, following a treatment plan.

Developing effective patient care plans.

Referring patients to appropriate specialists.

Ensuring that patients are stable before transferring them to the proper department for further evaluation.

Providing instructions for discharge and any relevant paperwork.

Maintaining patients' medical records.

Coordinating with different ER departments to ensure patients receive the necessary treatment.

Complete documentation in EMR, Prescriptions & Lab investigations to be raised through EMR.

Supervising patients visiting the hospital to seek treatment as in-patients and out-patients and ensuring a hassle-free medical care

Responding to emergencies and assisting consultants in providing life support

Performing medical examinations and diagnosis

Studying and modifying patients’ diets regularly based on how the patient is responding to the already prescribed medication and treatment

Working with other RMO to provide around-the-clock services to patients

Assessing urgent admissions as required when the consultant on duty is not immediately available

Performing daily rounds of dialysis patients

14. Documentation of patient records in EMR. All investigations & prescriptions to be raised through EMR.

**Salary**: From ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Trichur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
