About Us:
Maxener wellness is a leading provider of Health supplement, dedicated to delivering top-quality products to our customers. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our production department.

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Processing:

- Oversee the daily processing of customer orders.
- Cross-verify packed orders for accuracy before dispatch.
- Ensure timely and efficient order dispatch.

2. Inventory Management:

- Monitor and maintain inventory stock levels.
- Report any stock shortages or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment of stock.

3. Quality Control:

- Ensure that all orders meet quality standards.
- Address any order-related issues promptly and effectively.

4. Reporting:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on order processing and inventory levels.
- Provide summaries and insights on order trends and inventory status.

5. Team Management:

- Supervise and train production staff.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.

6. Problem Solving:

- Identify and resolve production and order-related issues.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a production or warehouse environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
