**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Organizing and keeping files, handling projects, collecting and distributing couriers or packages among workers.
- Handling indoor manual services an
- Cleaning the devices and appliances within the workplace.
- Offering manual assistance to the office personnel and facilitating their work.
- Delivering photocopies, prints, etc. and sending them, and doing any related search projects.
- Offering such other help as is conventionally handled by subordinate staff in the marketplace

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Knowledge and Education**:

- Typically 10th or 12th passed.
- Excellent Gujarati, familiar with Hindi, and functional knowledge of English.
- Must be a multi-tasker, good at shopping and/or handling minor everyday repairs and maintenance.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 6 month experience in an office.

**Miscellaneous**:

- Proper office etiquette, manners, and culture behaving of an employee of an NGO.
- Maintaining a bicycle or other 2-wheeler for office work.
- Driving a motor bicycle/scooter/Car will be a plus
- Preferably living at or near Paldi.
- For car-drivers extra preference is given.

**BENEFITS**:

- Pay: ₹84,000.00 - ₹1,50,000.00 per year
- Subsidized accommodation and food may be considered
- Possibility of employment for the spouse exists.
