Fulfillment Associate

An Fulfillment Associate is responsible for learning the product line and internal systems as well as jurisdictional rules and regulations to manage and process information related to their job. They will build a strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy to deliver the highest quality to our customers. Contributes to customer satisfaction and organizational success by developing personal knowledge of customer base and preferences and ensure collaboration with the team and customers. Contributes to the companies and teams’ goals by learning to perform searches, execute filings and related transactional matters, effectively manage documents and monitor files, to be processed. Participates in department-wide process improvement programs and process best practices.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop strong relationships with internal/external customers, vendors and jurisdictional agencies
- Perform searches, document retrieval and/or filings at all jurisdictional levels
- Assist internal/external customers and/or vendors with order fulfillment and problem resolution
- Understand and explain Wolters Kluwer Lien Solutions (WKLS) service offerings, procedures, processes, methodologies and delivery options as well as jurisdictional requirements to customers, team members and/or vendors
- Make recommendations on how to improve customer satisfaction, customer retention, efficiency, revenue growth, cost savings and financial results
- Challenge existing procedures and processes regarding the delivery of services, service offerings, and make recommendations to enhance and improve upon them with the objective of increased team efficiencies and overall improvements to customer and employee satisfaction
- Assist customers, team members and/or vendors with training on all WKLS products, jurisdictional requirements and company databases while using a consultative approach
- Foster teamwork in support of reaching individual and team performance goals, as well as offer helpful hints and share best practices across team or wider group
