Job title: Sales executive

Location: Gurgaon

Job summary:
We are looking for motivate sales associates to join our team, working in the US shift. As a sales Executive, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, introducing our products or services, and driving sales growth during US business hours. If you have strong communication skills, are results-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospects in the United States to present our
products/services and identify their needs.

2. Sales Presentation: Deliver compelling and persuasive sales pitches tailored to the needs
and interests of potential customers.

3. Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain professional relationships with
customers through effective communication, active listening, and empathy.

4. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to address
customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

5. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads, capturing essential customer
information for follow-up by the sales team.

6. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets to contribute to the
company's revenue goals.

7. Objection Handling: Skillfully address customer objections and concerns to overcome
challenges and close sales deals.

8. Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports for management, highlighting progress
and suggesting improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field,
- Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a related role, particularly in the US market, is preferred.
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills in English, specifically with a neutral or American accent.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and trust with customers over the phone.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work in US shift timings.

**Experience of atleast 1 year at us/uk/australian sales Market**

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
