**Job Title: Customer Support Executive**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the specified time limits.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products/services to assist customers effectively.
- Document and track customer interactions using the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to enhance customer experience.
**Requirements**:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- A positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Familiarity with ticketing systems like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce.
- Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
