RESPONSIBILITY:

- Oversee all aspects of the production process, including planning, scheduling, and execution, to meet production targets and quality standards. Collaborate with the production planning team to develop and implement production schedules that optimize resource utilization and minimize downtime. Monitor production workflows, identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and reduce costs. Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality control procedures, and safety regulations to maintain a safe and compliant work environment. Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure availability of raw materials, components, and finished goods for production and delivery. Supervise production staff, providing leadership, guidance, and training to ensure high performance, teamwork, and adherence to company policies and procedures. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training and development plans to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization, in line with lean manufacturing principles. Monitor production costs, analyze variances, and develop cost-saving strategies to improve profitability while maintaining product quality and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with quality assurance and engineering teams to resolve production-related issues, implement quality improvements, and introduce new products or processes. Prepare production reports, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and present findings to senior management to support decision-making and strategic planning. Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in production management, and propose innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and competitiveness.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications are a plus.

**SKILLS**:

- Proven experience in production management, preferably in a manufacturing environment, with a track record of successfully leading teams and achieving production targets.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and optimization techniques, as well as lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve high performance and quality standards.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data
- driven decisions to improve production efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify issues, implement solutions, and prevent recurrence to ensure uninterrupted production operations.
