We are looking for Production Executive

**Job Title**: Production Executive
**Location**: Bhiwandi (Thane) - FMCG, Food Processing
**Experience**: 1 - 3 years
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 CTC per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all daily operations related to production and manufacturing, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement processes to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.
- Plan, organize, and manage day-to-day operations to optimize yield and output efficiently.
- Maximize production capacity while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining quality standards.
- Take ownership of production output, product quality, and supply chain management.
- Travel to other plant locations as required.
- Allocate resources effectively and optimize asset utilization for the best results.
- Implement strategic initiatives to maintain a clear focus and direction.
- Monitor operations regularly and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Develop and manage the department staff for improved performance.
- Establish and track productivity, standards, metrics, and performance targets to ensure effective asset utilization.
- Maintain a sound understanding of industry-specific factory equipment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, B.E. Mechanical, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in FMCG/Food Processing production.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
