Job Description:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations and transactions and Petty Cash
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments).
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ledger accounts, and balance sheets.
- Generate financial reports such as profit and loss statements, invoices, and account summaries.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and payments.
- Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and clients to resolve invoice discrepancies and queries.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and tax requirements.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
**Reception Duties**:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner
- Answer and route incoming calls; take and relay messages when needed
- Handle all front desk activities including maintaining the reception area
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and courier services
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
