**Position Overview**

The **Receptionist** serves as the face of Motia Builders Group, responsible for creating a welcoming environment for clients, guests, and visitors. This role involves handling front-desk operations, managing phone calls, coordinating appointments, and supporting various administrative tasks to maintain efficient office functioning.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and ensure proper security procedures are followed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and office deliveries.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area.
- Provide administrative support to departments when required (e.g., filing, data entry, documentation).
- Manage office supplies inventory related to front-office operations.
- Assist in handling inquiries regarding the company’s projects, services, or contact information.
- Ensure communication and coordination between departments for seamless office functioning.

**Qualifications and Skills**

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred in Administration, Business, or related field).

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience as a receptionist, front office executive, or in a similar customer-facing administrative role (real estate or construction industry experience is an advantage).

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and reliability.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
