Hiring for Placement Executive

- **Develop Relationships**: Build and maintain relationships with companies and HR professionals to create placement opportunities.
- **Corporate Outreach**: Reach out to industry leaders, schedule meetings, and invite them for recruitment drives or career fairs.
- **Partnerships**: Establish long-term collaborations with companies for continuous hiring pipelines.
- Identify students' strengths, weaknesses, and career aspirations to align placement opportunities.
- **Training Coordination**: Organize pre-placement training sessions, including soft skills, mock interviews, and resume workshops.
- **Resume Review**: Help students create professional resumes and LinkedIn profiles
- Match students with appropriate job roles based on their skills and interests.
- **Recruitment Drives**: Plan and execute on-campus, off-campus, and virtual recruitment drives.
- **Interview Scheduling**: Coordinate with companies and students to ensure smooth scheduling and participation in interviews.
- Provide career guidance to students, helping them make informed decisions about their job preferences.
- Gather feedback from recruiters and students to improve the placement process.
- Stay updated with industry requirements and trends to ensure the curriculum aligns with market needs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
