**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to brainstorm ideas and develop clear messaging strategies.
- Maintain consistent brand tone and voice across all communication channels.
- Write clear, original copy tailored for different audience segments.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure high editorial standards and brand alignment.
- Conduct research and interviews to gain insights into products, markets, and target users.
- Optimize content for SEO while maintaining tone and readability.
- Contribute to the development of content strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Stay updated with digital trends, tools, and content marketing best practices.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of professional experience as a copywriter in a digital marketing or agency setting.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong portfolio with examples of long-form and short-form content.
- Working knowledge of SEO, keyword optimization, and content performance tracking.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, engaging content.
- Strong storytelling skills with an understanding of brand tone and consumer behavior.
- Able to work independently and in team environments.
- Familiarity with tools like Grammarly, Google Docs, SurferSEO, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello) is an advantage.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience writing for both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Understanding of digital marketing funnels and customer journeys.
- Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Hands-on experience writing for social media platforms.
