**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Copywriter to join our agriculture marketing and communication agency based in India. As a Copywriter, you will play a vital role in crafting compelling and engaging content that effectively communicates our clients' messages and enhances their brand presence within the agriculture industry. Your ability to understand the nuances of agricultural concepts, coupled with your exceptional writing skills, will contribute to developing impactful marketing campaigns and creative communication strategies.

**Responsibilities**:
2. Agriculture Industry Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of the agriculture industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities. Translate technical information and complex agricultural concepts into accessible and engaging content for both industry experts and the general audience.

3. Brand Voice and Tone: Maintain consistent brand voice and tone across all written materials, ensuring alignment with our clients' brand identity and positioning.

4. Creative Campaigns: Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative and impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience and drive brand awareness and engagement.

5. Market Research: Conduct research to gather insights into target audiences, competitors, and industry best practices. Utilize this knowledge to inform your writing and support data-driven content decisions.

6. Client Collaboration: Work closely with our clients to understand their communication objectives and project requirements. Incorporate feedback and revisions in a professional manner to deliver the best possible final product.

7. SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices in content creation to improve online visibility and organic search rankings.

8. Proofreading and Editing: Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and consistency.

9. Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in agriculture marketing and communication to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of your writing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Copywriter, preferably with experience in agriculture marketing and communication.
- Exceptional writing skills with a strong command of the English language.
- A keen interest in and understanding of the agriculture industry, including farming practices, agribusiness, and agricultural technologies.
- Ability to simplify complex agricultural concepts and present them in an engaging and accessible manner.
- Demonstrated creativity and the ability to think strategically about content development.
- Proficiency in SEO best practices and keyword research.
- Strong research skills and the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering error-free content.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and content management systems is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
