**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Process Associate to support our team with day-to-day operations. This entry-level role involves assisting with routine tasks, data entry, and basic administrative duties to ensure smooth workflow and efficient business processes. Ideal for someone looking to start their career, this role provides exposure to essential processes and the chance to learn and grow within the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with day-to-day operational tasks, following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy, maintaining databases and updating records.
- Handle basic documentation tasks, ensuring records are complete, organized, and up-to-date.
- Support the team in monitoring and following up on process-related tasks.
- Respond to routine inquiries and escalate issues to senior team members as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth process flows and resolve minor issues.
- Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree; some college coursework is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
