Role Summary

We are seeking a Process Associate to support compliance governance, statutory operations, and employee helpdesk query management. T

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review compliance documentation (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments, CLRA, etc.).
  • Coordinate with client HR/Finance teams to collect and validate data.
  • Manage employee queries via helpdesk platforms and escalate complex cases.
  • Maintain compliance trackers, calendars, MIS, and documentation records.
  • Liaise with government authorities for registration, renewals, and statutory filings.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy, SOP adherence, SLA compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Stay updated on PF/EPFO circulars, notifications, and compliance changes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate in Commerce/Management or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in compliance, payroll, or finance operations (preferred).
  • Strong MS Excel and comfort with statutory portals/filing systems.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, compliance mindset, and ability to manage large data volumes.
  • Experience interacting with EPFO officers/government departments is a plus.
