**Retail Sales Executive - Fashion & Customer Engagement**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers and provide expert styling advice.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend fashion pieces accordingly.
- Drive sales by providing exceptional customer service and upselling products.
- Manage **billing, payments, and accurate invoicing** for customers.
- Maintain knowledge of current fashion trends and store collections.
- Ensure store displays are visually appealing and aligned with brand aesthetics.
- Assist in stock management, inventory tracking, and maintaining store hygiene.
- Build strong relationships with customers for repeat business.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 6 months experience in boutique or fashion retail sales.**:

- Strong passion for **fashion, styling, and trends**.
- Experience in handling **billing, POS systems, and basic cash management**.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in interacting with customers and understanding their preferences.
- Ability to **upsell and achieve sales targets**.
- Well-groomed and presentable with a keen sense of aesthetics.
- Prior experience in luxury or high-end boutique sales is a plus.
