A Fashion Assistant supports the fashion and sales team in ensuring that product presentation, styling, and customer experience align with brand standards. This role involves assisting with merchandising, outfit coordination, customer styling, and supporting promotional activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in visual merchandising by arranging displays, mannequins, and product layouts.
- Help customers with styling advice, wardrobe suggestions, and product combinations.
- Support fashion stylists or visual merchandisers in store setups and new collections.
- Maintain knowledge of current fashion trends, brand collections, and key pieces.
- Prepare for fashion events, launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with inventory and sales teams to ensure product availability on the floor.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of fashion displays and fitting areas.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide styling support to enhance the shopping experience.

**Requirements**:Fresher can apply**
- 0-2 years of experience in fashion retail, styling, or merchandising.
- Strong sense of style and understanding of fashion trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and creativity in styling and display.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
