Serve as the primary classroom teacher responsible for the overall academic, social, and emotional development of students in the designated homeroom.

Implement the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) curriculum effectively, planning and delivering inquiry-based and transdisciplinary lessons that engage and inspire students.

Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes a sense of belonging, respect, and collaboration among students.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues, fostering open communication and partnership in support of student learning and well-being.

Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students, providing appropriate scaffolding and support as needed to ensure all students can access the curriculum and achieve success.

Assess student progress and understanding through a variety of formative and summative assessment strategies, using data to inform instructional decisions and provide targeted feedback to students and parents/guardians.

Collaborate with colleagues to plan and coordinate interdisciplinary units of inquiry, ensuring alignment with programme standards and learning objectives.

Integrate concepts of international-mindedness, global citizenship, and sustainability into the curriculum, fostering students' awareness and appreciation of diverse cultures and perspectives.

Engage in ongoing professional development and reflective practice to continuously improve teaching practice and enhance student learning outcomes.

Uphold the values and mission of the school, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to lifelong learning.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
