We are seeking passionate and dedicated educators to join our IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) team. As an IB PYP Homeroom Teacher (HRT) or Co-Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a stimulating, inclusive, and inquiry-based learning environment that nurtures young learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with IB PYP curriculum framework.
  • Create a positive classroom culture that fosters inquiry, collaboration, and critical thinking.
  • Support students academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Maintain effective communication with parents, colleagues, and the school leadership team.
  • Assess, document, and report student progress as per IB standards.
  • Collaborate in planning units of inquiry and integrate transdisciplinary themes.
  • Participate actively in professional development, workshops, and school events.
Experience Required
  • Homeroom Teacher (HRT): 35 years of relevant teaching experience in IB PYP / international schools.
  • Co-Teacher: 13 years of teaching or classroom support experience, preferably in IB PYP.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors / Masters degree in Education (B.Ed. / M.Ed. preferred).
  • Familiarity with IB PYP framework (training/certification preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.
  • Passion for inquiry-based learning and student-centered pedagogy.
