About the Role
We are seeking passionate and dedicated educators to join our IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) team. As an IB PYP Homeroom Teacher (HRT) or Co-Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a stimulating, inclusive, and inquiry-based learning environment that nurtures young learners.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with IB PYP curriculum framework.
- Create a positive classroom culture that fosters inquiry, collaboration, and critical thinking.
- Support students' academic, social, and emotional development.
- Maintain effective communication with parents, colleagues, and the school leadership team.
- Assess, document, and report student progress as per IB standards.
- Collaborate in planning units of inquiry and integrate transdisciplinary themes.
- Participate actively in professional development, workshops, and school events.
Experience Required
- Homeroom Teacher (HRT): 3–5 years of relevant teaching experience in IB PYP / international schools.
- Co-Teacher: 1–3 years of teaching or classroom support experience, preferably in IB PYP.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Education (B.Ed. / M.Ed. preferred).
- Familiarity with IB PYP framework (training/certification preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.
- Passion for inquiry-based learning and student-centered pedagogy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹65, ₹95,000.00 per month
