- Survey for encouraging new connections.
- Keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activity.
- Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments.
- Take actions to encourage timely debt payments.
- Resolve billing and customer credit issues.
- Update account status records and collection effort

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or similar role.
- Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and databases.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Skilled in negotiation
- Problem-solving skills.

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

- MANAS NAGAR, Agra - 282010, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
