Retail Operations Executive Location: Bangalore Immediate Joining Preferred About the Role This position plays a key part in ELUNO’s retail journey. The ideal candidate is someone who knows how to figure things out, understands how to gather on-ground insights, and can manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining a high-quality standard of work. Key ResponsibilitiesRetail Site Scouting & Evaluation - Scout potential retail locations and assess footfall patterns, visibility, and nearby anchor stores. - Collect detailed information on rentals, deposits, customer profile, parking, and locality behaviour. - Prepare structured reports with photos, videos, size measurements, and layout understanding. - Speak with nearby shop owners to gather insights on customer quality and local market trends. - Coordinate with signage, fabrication, furniture, and branding vendors for store setup. - Collect, compare, and negotiate vendor quotes while maintaining a vendor database. - Follow up on vendor timelines, supervise on-ground work, and ensure quality checks. - Manage communication with landlords, brokers, fabricators, and other external stakeholders. - Assist in setting up new stores, ensuring fixtures, branding, and materials meet ELUNO standards. - Conduct quick store audits to identify issues and ensure adherence to retail and operational SOPs. Work Style Expectations - Ability to work smartly and independently. - Highly detail-oriented with strong observational capability. - Street-smart, proactive, and good at solving unexpected problems. - Comfortable managing multiple tasks end-to-end with minimal supervision. - Eager to learn all aspects of retail operations, from location scouting to vendor coordination.
