**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Program Management**:

- Plan, implement, and evaluate daily schedules, routines, and developmentally appropriate activities for children.
- Ensure a balance of educational, creative, physical, and social activities in the program.
- **Staff Supervision**:

- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise childcare staff and assistants.
- Provide ongoing support and feedback to maintain high-quality teaching and care.
- **Childcare & Safety**:

- Ensure the well-being, safety, and emotional health of all children in the center.
- Monitor child development and maintain individual records for each child.
- **Parent Communication**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for parents and guardians.
- Provide regular updates on children’s progress, daily activities, and center news.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain attendance, enrollment, and other essential records.
- Manage supply inventory, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure the facility and staff adhere to state/local licensing regulations, safety protocols, and hygiene standards.
- Prepare for and assist with inspections and audits.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (Associate degree with experience may be acceptable depending on local regulations).
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a childcare setting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,669.08 - ₹29,944.21 per month
